The first Conference Night of the school year was on Thursday September 27th from 3:30- 6 p.m. Most students were asking there teachers what there grades were, so there parents wouldn’t have to come to Conference Night.
Joanna Kent, freshman, “I went to conference night with my parents. We went all around to go see my teachers and see what they had to say about my grades and the way I act in there classes and all my teachers told my parents that I was good and that my grades were good too. So I was happy about that, because I didn’t get in trouble and my parents were happy about to so it was all good.”
Most of the students that go to Conference Nights are freshmen and there parents. Ashlee Allen, sophomore, agreed with that by saying “I went to Conference Night last year which was my freshmen year, and so did my friends that were freshmen did too. But when I went last year it was only to talk to one of my teachers so that was a good thing.”
